Pneumatic Cushion with Air Cells - Levitas
Characteristics:
- Ensures maximum contact surface by molding to the protuberances of the sacral area. This results in an extremely effective reduction in transcutaneous pressure values.
- Effective solution for preventing pressure ulcers in high-risk areas and helping to heal existing ulcers.
- Increased stability as a result of its honeycomb design.
- Air circulates through the alveoli, allowing a good distribution of pressures and between the alveoli, ventilating the skin.
- The air-filled blocks are independent, which results in an increase in the contact area, preventing tissue maceration.
- Optional cushion cover.
- Available in 2 versions: cushion with one pneumatic section or two pneumatic sections , allowing personalized adjustment in each section for asymmetrical positions.
Indications:
- When pressure ulcers already exist (grade I to IV according to EPUAP).
- When there is a very high risk of developing pressure ulcers (according to the Braden, Norton, Waterlow tables,…).
