Complaints and Returns
The customer has 14 consecutive days from the date of receipt of the order to return the item.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, inside the original sealed packaging, with the complete number of units, and accompanied by all leaflets and warranties. We do not accept returns of opened packages or used products.
The refund of the product values will only be made after the items are received at our facilities and their condition is verified. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
We do not accept returns of personalized products (custom-made products, special colors, etc.) or those that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be resold to third parties. We do not exchange or return elastic stockings and compression products.
We do not accept returns of custom-ordered products.
