DELIVERIES

Deliveries

Orders are sent free of charge to our stores , or shipped through FEMA or CTT to mainland Portugal, to the address indicated by the customer.

Orders ≥ €200 : free shipping
Orders ≤ €200 : €4.99

For deliveries to Madeira, we deliver via CTT Expresso (1 working day), with the transport cost indicated below:

For delivery of beds and armchairs, we offer free delivery and assembly within a 30km radius of each of our stores.

Shipping by courier does not include any assembly and installation services, and the order will be left on the ground floor or ground floor of the indicated address.

Delivery times

Once your order has been registered, payment has been confirmed and all the parts in your order are available, ORTOPEDIA ALMEIDAS undertakes to ship it.

Except for exceptional and specific situations, all orders will be delivered within 7 working days after payment confirmation.

ORTOPEDIA ALMEIDAS will not be responsible for non-compliance, or delay in compliance, with any shipping obligation caused by a force majeure event, that is, an event, act or omission, beyond its reasonable control.

GUARANTEES AND CLAIMS

The warranty is always given by the manufacturer and is only valid upon presentation of the respective purchase invoice. The warranty does not include assembly or disassembly errors or damage resulting from improper handling of the equipment.

When receiving your order, you should always check the condition of the product. If you identify any anomaly, you must make a complaint to the carrier upon receipt.

Then you should contact us via general email @ortoalmeidas.pt to transmit what happened in order to claim its refund. The deadline for terminating the contract will be 14 days after delivery of the goods.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The Customer has 14 consecutive days, counting from the date of receipt of the order, to return the item.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, in the original closed packaging, with the complete number of units, accompanied by all leaflets and guarantees. We do not accept returns of damaged packaging or used products.

The refund of product values ​​will only be made after receiving the items at our facilities and verifying their condition. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Exceptions to the return policy:

  • Personalized products (custom-made products, special colors, etc.);
  • Products that for hygiene reasons cannot be resold to third parties.
  • Elastic socks.
  • Products with batteries that have been charged (the first charge determines the useful life of the battery).
  • Used or damaged products.
  • Products whose packaging has been damaged.

PRICES

The prices of products and services presented include VAT at the current rate. Prices, specifications, photos and availability of products may be changed without prior notice, always in accordance with instructions from the respective supplier. ORTOPEDIA ALMEIDAS declines any responsibility for any errors published on the website.

ORDERS

ORTOPEDIA ALMEIDAS only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment, therefore it cannot guarantee the availability of the items until the start of said processing.

The fulfillment of all orders placed on the website is subject to product availability. ORTOPEDIA ALMEIDAS tries to ensure that all items offered for sale on the website are in stock. However, ORTOPEDIA ALMEIDAS reserves the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that are no longer in stock. In case of unavailability of the product and/or out of stock, ORTOPEDIA ALMEIDAS will immediately inform the Customer of the partial or total cancellation of their order, and the Customer is entitled to a refund of the respective amount paid.

If the ordered products are no longer available at the time of your last access to the website, despite having obtained confirmation of the order, or when ORTOPEDIA ALMEIDAS receives your order, ORTOPEDIA ALMEIDAS will immediately inform the Customer about their unavailability, never exceeding 30 days after receipt of the request.
