What are kinesio bandages for?

Its function is to treat and prevent injuries, providing stability to the muscles without limiting movement.

How is it used?

1. Place the kinesio tapes on clean, dry skin
2. and rub for a few minutes (approx.) to adhere the bandage to the skin.
