Hot & Cold Compress

Reusable, washable and disinfectable compresses. They can be molded even when refrigerated. The gel does not crystallize and does not separate.

Dimensions: 25 x 35cm.

Warm indications : abdominal pain and joint pain.
Cold indications : dislocations, sprains, bruises, muscle strains, migraines, toothaches, insect bites, etc.

Heating time : Microwave option 750W for 1 minute.
Cooling time : Leave approximately 2 hours in the freezer.
