Philadelphia Neck Collar - ORLIMAN

Characteristics:

  • Orthosis made up of two pieces, anterior and posterior, made of plastazote, with rigid thermoplastic reinforcements and side velcro closures.
  • Designed in its upper part to make full contact with the lower part of the head and with occipito-mental support.
  • Its lower part rests laterally on the shoulders, anteriorly on the manubrium of the sternum and posteriorly up to D5.
  • It has an anterior opening for tracheostomy.
  • Allows you to take x-rays without having to remove the device.

Indications:

  • Severe trauma with vertebral fractures, post-operative protection, metastases.
  • Indicated for high cervical injuries C1-C2.
