Ponseti boots - Corrective orthosis for zambo foot - BEBAX

Allows the progressive correction of congenital malformations of the newborn's forefoot, following the three planes of space. The approximate duration of treatment is 35 days.

Bebax is an innovative pediatric orthosis designed for the progressive and dynamic correction of congenital forefoot deformities.

Considered as a clinically accepted alternative to casts or splints and an effective treatment to correct forefoot deformities.

The patented multi-directional hinge allows the forefoot to be adjusted, relative to the rearfoot, in all three planes: vertical, horizontal and oblique.

The multidirectional hinge adjusts quickly and easily to position the forefoot in the desired position: abduction, adduction, pronation, supination, and external and internal translation.

Indications:

• Varus metatarsus.
• Metatarsal abduction.
• Talus valgus.
• Valgus foot and supinated foot reducible.
• Secondary treatment (after surgery) for Talipes Equinovarus.
  
• Prevent retractions due to disorders of muscular or neurological origin.
