Order Shipment

Except in exceptional and specific situations, all orders will be delivered within seven business days after payment confirmation.

Our shipping capacity is limited to the availability of existing stock. In case of stock shortages, items will be shipped later, and the customer will be notified by email or phone when the order is shipped.

If the address is incorrect, following the information provided by the customer, additional shipping costs will be charged.

All deliveries to Mainland Portugal are shipped by the carrier FEMA.

Order total < €20 - €3.99

Order total > €20 - €4.99

Orders weighing > 12kg - €9.99

Deliveries to Mainland Portugal over €200 are free!

We ask that you check the condition of the packaging upon receipt. If you notice any anomalies (damaged boxes, wet boxes, or a different number of boxes received than mentioned on the delivery note), you should mark this on the receipt.

The delivery service has national coverage and operates on business days between 09:00 and 19:00.

Warranties

Non-consumable movable goods have a two-year warranty, under the conditions of use and care provided in the respective instructions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from errors in assembly or disassembly or from improper handling of the equipment.
