Forearm Immobilizer - FAB10

Orthosis composed of two shells for the forearm; designed for functional treatment.

Made from molded thermoplastic.

Includes internal lining that prevents slipping and adjustment straps with adjustable and removable terminals.

Proximal conformation according to the elbow flexion curve and distal conformation up to the wrist, limiting the joint to dorsal flexion.

Indications: Functional treatment of ulna and radius fractures.

Effects: Stability of the fracture focus. Early consolidation. Free mobility of all unaffected joints. Increased muscle contraction power, thus reducing the rehabilitation period.
