Carpal tunnel immobilizing splint - medi CTS

Characteristics:

• The medi CTS is a wrist orthosis with finger fixation for immobilization.
• The wrist orthosis with an anatomically shaped and palmar splint stabilizes the area of ​​the forearm next to the wrist up to the distal interphalangeal joints, and the hand is supported in a neutral position.
• Reduction of swelling, inflammation and pain by immobilizing the wrist and fingers.
• Reduction of pain related to movement due to stabilization of the wrist and fingers.

Indications:
All indications for which immobilization of the wrist with fixation of the fingers is necessary, e.g. ex.:

• Carpal tunnel syndrome (conservative, post-operative)
• Tendinitis, tendovaginitis
• Wrist osteoarthritis
• Dislocation of the wrist, metacarpal and fingers

Contraindications:
Unstable fractures in the hand area.
