All indications for which immobilization of the wrist with thumb fixation is necessary, such as:

• Wrist and/or thumb sprains
• Postoperative immobilization of the wrist and thumb
• Injuries to the collateral ligament of the base of the thumb joint
• Tendinitis, tendovaginitis of the wrist and/or thumb
• Inflammatory phases in case of rheumatic diseases
• Rizartrosee

Contraindications:
Unstable fractures in the hand area.
