Knee brace with flexion/extension control - DonJoy Playmaker XPERT
The DonJoy Playmaker Knee Brace is designed to support the knee and provide a protected range of motion following mild to moderate PCL and/or LCL instabilities, mild to moderate ACL and/or PCL instabilities, and meniscal repairs.
It is a semi-rigid, soft textile orthosis designed to restrict movement, providing lightweight protection to a limb or body segment for acute and prophylactic care.
The Playmaker Closed (sleeve) is shipped in the ACL configuration, but can be converted to PCL or combined ligament instabilities (CI) configurations. Open Playmaker is only shipped in CI configuration and cannot be converted in ACL or PCL configurations.
Characteristics:
- Extension limits: 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, and 40°. Flexion limits: 0°, 45°, 60°, 75° and 90°.
- Lateral and medial support: Removable aluminum hinges ensure lateral and medial stability. The aluminum straps support unstable ligaments and are malleable, to better adapt to the user's anatomy.
- Patella stability: Patellar pads ensure correct positioning of the patella.
- Adjustable compression: The upper and lower straps allow you to adjust the level of compression to your individual needs.
- Sleeve version; The version without straps allows users with limited dexterity autonomy when using the knee brace.
- Made from HI10 (high resistance nylon and Spandex fiber) , promoting a cooling effect and a lighter profile.
- Bilateral model.
