Humerus immobilizing orthosis, made from molded thermoplastic.

Includes padded inner lining that prevents slipping, while also providing padding.

Includes velcro adjustment straps with adjustable and removable terminals and fixation with elastic strap for the contralateral shoulder.

Distal conformation according to the elbow flexion curve.

Conformation proximal to the acromion to avoid rotations.

Indications: Treatment of humerus fractures.

Effects: Stability of the fracture focus. Early consolidation. Free mobility of all unaffected joints. Increased muscle contraction power, thus reducing the rehabilitation period.
