Indications:

• Chronic venous disease: C0s - C3 according to CEAP
• Postoperative reperfusion edema
• Congestion resulting from immobility (arthrogenic congestion syndrome, limb paresis and hemiparesis)
• Superficial vein thrombosis
• Thrombosis prophylaxis for mobile patients
• Inflammatory dermatoses of the legs

Contraindications:

• Advanced peripheral arterial obstructive disease (if any of the following parameters are found: ABPI < 0.5, ankle blood pressure < 60 mmHg, foot pressure < 30 mmHg or TcPO2 < 20 mmHg dorsum of the foot). Inelastic materials may be applied for ankle blood pressure between 50 and 60 mmHg if the patient is under close clinical supervision.
