Stack finger splint.
Characteristics:
- Immobilization of the first two phalanges, extension of the distal joint.
- Polypropylene splint, perforated to allow the immobilized finger to breathe.
Indications:
- Fractures of the distal finger joint
- Sprains
- Bruises
- Flexor tendon injuries
- Postoperative immobilization.
Measurement: Perimeter of the 1st phalanx in the area of greatest volume.
