Basal Digital Thermometer - 2 Decimal Places

Digital basal thermometer with four digits (2 decimal places), for monitoring ovulation and fertility.
Help from a healthcare professional is very important to understand how to monitor your fertility and help you try to get pregnant.

Characteristics:

Basal body temperature is your resting body temperature.

Measuring your intravaginal temperature as soon as you wake up, every day, allows you to measure your fertile period.

This temperature is slightly lower in the first half of the menstrual cycle (after menstruation), increasing after ovulation and remaining high throughout the second half of the menstrual cycle.

The increase in temperature occurs in response to progesterone (which prepares the uterus for implantation of the fertilized egg), which is produced shortly after the egg is released from the ovaries.

The change in temperature after ovulation is around 0.3ºC to 0.6ºC — and can be easily affected by factors such as illness, alcohol and changes in sleep, so these factors must be taken into account.
