Indication by compression class:

• Class 1 – 15-20 mmHg – Lymphedema stages 1 and 2
• Class 2 – 20-36 mmHg – Lymphedema stages 2 and 3

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• Obliterating arteriopathy of the lower limbs (AOMI) with systolic pressure index (PIs) < 0.6
• Advanced diabetic microangiopathy (for compression > 30 mmHg)
• Phlegmatia coerulea dolens (painful blue phlebitis with arterial compression
• Septic thrombosis Intolerance to the fibers used
• A regular reassessment of the risk/benefit ratio is necessary in the event of: AOMI with IPS between 0.6 and 0.9
• Advanced peripheral neuropathy
• Exuding or eczematized dermatitis
