Users with ACL inefficiency have anterolateral instability, which results in knee flexion. Countering this rotation and directly controlling the instability of an ACL-inefficient knee using an orthosis is extremely difficult. This is why DJO ligament orthoses prefer to indirectly stabilize the knee, thanks to the Biomechanical 4-Point Support System. The 4-Point Support System is clinically proven to be the most effective system for preventing anterior tibial translation. Indications:
